What’s on offer Competitive salary package up to $130,000 commissions Work with a luxury, high-calibre portfolio Monday to Friday role with 1 day work from home Dedicated support team including leasing and accounts Junior Property Manager reporting into you Strong systems, processes, and leadership in place Long-term stability with a growing, high-performing brand The role You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 300 properties, focusing purely on relationship management and portfolio performance. With leasing and accounts handled for you, this role allows you to operate at a senior level and deliver a premium client experience. End-to-end management of a residential portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Oversee and mentor a Junior Property Manager Ensure high-level service delivery aligned with a premium brand Manage escalations, compliance, and portfolio performance About you 5 years’ experience in Property Management Confident, capable, and highly organised Strong communication and relationship management skills Tech-savvy with experience in PropertyMe or Property Tree Current Real Estate Licence and driver’s licence Professional presentation suited to a high-end clientele If you’re looking to align yourself with a premium brand, elevate your career, and work within a supportive and well-structured environment, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
